Other Emirates : 2-4 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
What are the shipping charges?
UAE: Standard rates apply, with free delivery on orders above AED 299.
International: Fees depend on the destination.

We accept cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara and online bank transfers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.
Can I exchange a perfume?
Yes, exchanges are possible if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
